The JJ1003 High-Speed Directly Modulated Laser (14PIN) is a high-performance optical module for RF over fiber, 5G, and analog RF links. It delivers >10 mW output, <10 MHz linewidth, and -160 dB RIN, with built-in isolators, TEC, thermistor, and photodiode for stability. Supporting 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths with CWDM/DWDM options, it offers up to 6 GHz bandwidth, making it ideal for high-speed optical communication.
