This product is composed of a detector module, voltage inverter module, refrigeration module, and signal control module, which are interconnected by a 4×4 InGaAs single photon avalanche photodiode (SPAD) chip and a CMOS active passive quenching circuit chip through reverse soldering. In the Geiger working mode, each image of the detector component is independent and operates freely, detecting weak light signal within the near-infrared band range of 0.95-1.65 μm. It can support two product forms: TDC integration or standard TTL level output internally.
