The core component is the domestically produced InGaAs/lnPAPD with independent intellectual property rights, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, and high stability. It plays an indispensable role in the field of single photon level weak signal detection. It is the core equipment for quantum signal optoelectronic conversion.
This product operates in Geiger gating mode, using techniques such as gate modulation, avalanche signal discrimination, and dead time suppression to reduce the background noise of the product while ensuring high efficiency. At a trigger rate of 1.25GHz, the maximum detector efficiency is ≥25%, the dark counting rate is as low as 300cps, and the afterpulse probability is as low as 1% @ dead time 200ns. It supports user configuration of parameters such as bias, dead time, discrimination threshold, custom scan delay range, and supports detection pulse output function. Built in Time Data Conversion (TDC) function, providing two external acquisition channels with a resolution as low as 50ps.
