This product uses domestically produced high sensitivity InGaAs array detectors, with array sizes of 320×256, 640×512, and other types. The response bands cover 0.9~1.7um (standard wavelength) and 0.4~1.7um (visible wavelength), and it has performance advantages such as low noise, high sensitivity, high uniformity, and large dynamic range. It has good reliability under both refrigeration and non refrigeration working conditions.
This product has a high pixel readout rate and supports multiple working modes such as programmable windowing and global exposure. The tax gain, exposure time, and frame rate are all controllable. The camera is equipped with a GigE data interface, and the lens interface is a C port.
