This product is a single photon detector in the visible light band.The core device adopts Si APD,integrating optics,structure,electronics,and software technology,which has the characteristics of high detection efficiency,strong maintainability,and strong environmental adaptability.Widely used in fields such as single photon LiDAR,fluorescence detection, single photon imaging,and quantum key distribution.
This product utilizes Si avalanche photodiodes operating in Geiger mode for single photon detection in the visible light band.Among them,the typical detection efficiency of 850nm single photon is>50%,the dark count is<150cps,the post pulse is≤5.5%,and the time jitter is<500ps.In addition,for specific application scenarios,user configuration functions for parameters such as cooling target temperature and dead time are supported to enhance specific indicators such as detection efficiency and saturation count rate.
