This product is a 4-channel deep cooled near-infrared free running single photon detector. The core components use domestically produced InGaAs//InPAPD with independent intellectual property rights, which has advanced technical indicators, reliability, and integration compared to similar products. It can provide a cost-effective solution for asynchronous weak light detection applications such as LiDAR and fluorescence lifetime detection.
This product adopts a negative feedback type APD, which can be cooled to -110℃ through thermoacoustic refrigeration technology, significantly reducing the dark counting index. The dark counting rate can be as low as 100cps, and the maximum detector efficiency of 1550nm single photon is>20%; In addition, for specific application scenarios, user configuration functions that support parameters such as bias voltage, discrimination threshold, and dead time are supported to enhance specific indicators such as detection efficiency and saturation count rate.
